Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account or sign in with Google or Facebook, we store your name and email address. If you sign in with email and password, we store a hashed (not readable) version of your password. We do not store your social media passwords or access your social media accounts beyond what is needed to authenticate you.

How we use your data

Your name and email are used to identify you within the Turtle House app — for RSVPs, reservations, activity planning, and comments. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & sessions

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Third-party sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, those services will share your name and email address with us. Please review their privacy policies for details on how they handle your data:

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions, or email r.winiecke@gmail.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
